Reginsun is licensed with both an Australian Credit Licence and an Australian Financial Services Licence. This demonstrates the qualification level and expertise within our executive team of highly experienced professionals, all who take on-going finance and mortgage broking industry training. We have a strong focus on culture, structure, process and controls. Reginsun is an independent business and there are no competing demands on our team – the needs and goals of our clients always come first.

JEFF PANG

Managing Director, Responsible Manager of ACL & AFSL

Jeff has over 23 years’ experience in financial services and banking gained in senior roles including Bank of China and China Merchant Bank in China as well as Bankwest and Bank of Queensland in Australia.

Jeff has two Masters degrees in Economics /International Finance and Commerce/Advanced Finance, and is certified in Australia in Mortgage Broking and Financial Planning (Managed Investments).

Jeff is fluent in both English and Mandarin.

BLEDDYN GAMBOLD

Reginsun Funds - Director and Responsible Manager of AFSL

Bleddyn has over 30 years experience in financial services and funds management gained in Australia and overseas. He held senior positions with an international bank based in Bermuda, London and Hong Kong and with a large US listed funds management company where he was based in Hong Kong and Sydney. Most recently he was the CEO of a responsible entity, trustee and funds management business in Sydney.

Bleddyn has a BA (Hons) degree in Accountancy and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

RAINBOW ZHANG

Senior Manager - Operations & Compliance

Rainbow has over 15 years’ financial services and banking experience in China and Australia. In China, Rainbow worked for the China Construction Bank for over 8 years and in Australia she has worked for the Bank of China Group in Sydney.

Rainbow has a Bachelor of Finance degree awarded in China. In Australia, she holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Rainbow is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Cecilia PENG

Manager - Operations & Analytics

Cecilia has over 5 years’ experience in accounting and financial management. At Reginsun Group, she specialises in financial analysis and credit policies to ensure the quality of services delivered to our clients. 

Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of New South Wales and Master of Commerce (Business Analytics and Banking) from the University of Sydney. She is a CPA Associate and currently working on her CFA qualification.

Cecilia is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
