JEFF PANG
Director, Responsible Manager of ACL
Jeff has over 36 years’ experience in financial services and banking gained in senior roles including Bank of China and China Merchant Bank in China as well as Bankwest and Bank of Queensland in Australia.
Jeff has two Masters degrees in Economics /International Finance and Commerce/Advanced Finance, and is certified in Australia in Mortgage Broking and Financial Planning (Managed Investments).
Jeff is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
RAINBOW ZHANG
Senior Manager - Operations & Compliance
Rainbow has over 26 years’ financial services and banking experience in China and Australia. In China, Rainbow worked for the China Construction Bank for over 8 years and in Australia she has worked for the Bank of China Group in Sydney.
Rainbow has a Bachelor of Finance degree awarded in China. In Australia, she holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
Rainbow is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
CECILIA PENG
Manager - Operations & Analytics
Cecilia has over 14 years’ experience in accounting and financial management. At Reginsun Group, she specialises in financial analysis and credit policies to ensure the quality of services delivered to our clients.
Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of New South Wales and Master of Commerce (Business Analytics and Banking) from the University of Sydney.
Cecilia is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
SCARLETT LAWTON
Business Associate
Scarlett is a finance graduate from the University of Sydney and has over 5 years’ experience in financial analytics, and account invoicing, with exposure to business operation and services, client communication, stakeholder administration, project executions and commercial lending support.
Scarlett is currently completing a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
Scarlett is fluent in English and has professional working proficiency in Mandarin.
